If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

This warranty will be voided in cases of user-induced damage, including scratches and accidental breakage.

The Luminea warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

We process orders Monday through Friday, shipping 5 days a week. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Typically, it takes up to 48 hours to prepare your order for shipment.
